What about career development?
Career development at Blink is only limited by your ambition. Development is personal so for some it's about taking on new responsibilities, for others it's about becoming a people manager to moving to a completely different team. We invest in our team and provide them opportunities to grow and develop based on what they want to do and what the business needs. We aren't at a stage where we have (or need) defined career ladders, but if you want to grow quickly and be given opportunities based on what you've achieved, then developmental opportunities will not be an issue for you at Blink.

How can you join Blink?
Blink has offices in London and Boston. We believe in a hybrid working culture, so our employees in these locations come into our offices Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The buzz on those days is infectious. Problem solving, collaboration and decision making happen in real time, resulting in a speed and intensity that drives us forward as a team.

The interview process after this varies depending on the role. It will include interviews with Blink leaders, a demo of our product and a task-based exercise.
We have as many stages as necessary for us to be confident that you can be successful at Blink, and for you to be sure that the role is right for you, but as few as possible to get great people onto the team as soon as quickly as we can,
We try to provide as much helpful feedback as possible but unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, we can’t give detailed feedback to every candidate.
