This new feature gives you an insightful overview of how your company’s performing and engaging. In one click, find out more about your organisation’s health over any given period of time.
How does it work?
You can access this new feature in the admin portal where you will see two new tabs: Activity & Engagement.
The activity shows you how your org is performing, per team, over a given period of time. There are three different types of users:
- Engaged: they are active on the apps, like and comment most of the time!
- Passive: they log in but don’t like or comment.
- Inactive: they don’t open the app at all.
The Engagement tab highlights your top 3 trending post, and you can also dive into different teams over a certain period of time, to track engagement more throughly.
With both Activity & Engagement features, you can better understand the ways your organisation interacts, engages and connects. By doing so, you can ultimately tailor your content per team or org to make it more valuable and increase reach and engagement rates across the board.
