In her executive leadership roles, she is a trusted advisor to CEOs/founders, as well as a leader in HR and employee experience. Most recently, Tiffin served as executive vice president, chief communications and culture officer at Neiman Marcus Group (Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman). She led the company’s transformation from bankruptcy to its $2.7B acquisition by Saks Global. Previously, she created and led the global communications function for PVH Corp. (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) and oversaw brand communications at 40+ global fashion and lifestyle brands as an agency leader.

In addition, for more than 25 years, Tiffin has cultivated top global talent across industries, disciplines, and generations through her physical/digital networking event series, “Tiffin’s Talk Shop.” This has grown into a talent advisory that includes career coaching, talent placement, organizational design, and agency relationships.

Becca DuPont - Group Head of People Experience at JD Sports

Becca DuPont is the Group Head of People Experience (Communications & Engagement) at JD Sports Fashion, the leading global retailer in sports fashion operating across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. In this role, she leads the strategy for internal communications, employee engagement, and culture initiatives across the organization, focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience. Prior to joining JD Sports, Becca led communications and employee engagement at Finish Line, where she was responsible for shaping the internal voice of the brand, developing engagement strategies, and driving diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives.

Patrick Fox - Internal Communications Content & Channels Lead at easyJet

Patrick Fox is the Internal Communications Content & Channels Lead at easyJet, a British multinational airline group headquartered at London Luton Airport that operates domestic and international scheduled services on 927 routes in more than 34 countries. In his role, Patrick drives the internal communications strategy across easyJet, with a special focus on frontline-focused and personalized content for easyJet’s 18,000+ employees.
