London, 4th January 2023 – Blink, the world’s leading frontline app, has announced the promotion of Lauren Burns, formerly Blink’s Chief Financial Officer, to the new role of Chief Operating Officer.
Lauren joined Blink in 2021 from Treatwell, following successful roles at Worldpay and Deloitte. In her role as Blink’s Chief Financial Officer, she succeeded in building a high-performing Finance organization that has been the foundation of Blink’s high growth, leading to the company being listed in the 2022 Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50. Lauren also led the successful completion of two funding rounds, including Blink’s $20 million Series A at a valuation of $100 million.
Lauren’s new role as Chief Operating Officer will see her managing multiple areas of the business including Finance, Business Operations, Customer Success and Implementation.
