Why is this important? It’s because the human brain process visuals 60,000 faster than text – we’re not only more used to seeing visuals, but we’re also better at interpreting them. By delivering video content to your frontline, you’re able to increase engagement and retention of information, making an even bigger impact on their productivity and happiness.
A few ideas you can try with your teams…
- Create a “Training & Development” folder in Hub, and upload relevant training content to different teams such as:
- Health and safety videos
- Security training
- Video messages from leadership
- Company All Hands or Update recordings
- Create a “Welcome” folder with video content for new joiners (e.g. onboarding video or step-by-step guide)
